Warranty
We warrant to the original owner (the person that bought the Xootr scooter from Xootr Australia) that Xootr kick scooters are free of defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of purchase, except as noted below. If at any time within one year of your purchase, you discover a defect in materials or manufacturing, please contact us. We will repair or replace the product.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including wear of tires, brake pads and rear mud guard and brake. This warranty applies only to products sold by Xootr Australia in Australia and New Zealand.
Damage caused by stunt riding, racing, tricks or other abusive treatment is not covered by this warranty. This is a consumer warranty and does not apply to products used commercially or in rental operations.
Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns and Refunds Policy
Xootr Australia provides a satisfaction guarantee whereby if a purchaser or gift recipient is not completely satisfied with their new Xootr after trying it out, they may return the Xootr scooter to Xootr Australia within 14 days of receipt for a full refund provided that the product(s) are in new condition and packaged in their original packaging. Just make sure that you do not damage the scooter, otherwise we will have to make an allowance for discounting the price on the scooter. The cost of return shipping has to be paid for by the customer or gift recipient.

Xootr Australia sells its products to people that live in Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia. If you live in North or South America, please purchase your Xootr products from www.xootr.com in the USA. If you live in Europe, please purchase your Xootr products from www.footbikeshop.com in the Netherlands.
Security of credit card details
Xootr Australia uses a secure, 128 bit, SSL encrypted credit payments system supplied by Westpac Bank. When online customers of Xootr Australia submit their credit card details in the shopping cart, they are linked to a secure page on Westpac's payments website and it is Westpac, not Xootr Australia, that receives and processes your credit card details. When Xootr Australia accepts manual credit card payments by telephone from consumers or retailers, Xootr Australia enters your credit details into the same secure Westpac payments page, ensuring that your credit card details are secure at all times. Once Xootr Australia has completed a manual payment, we destroy all records of your credit card details in order to ensure that your card details can not be misused.
Shipping Policy
Xootr Australia ships most orders via large road freight companies and some parcels using Australia Post parcel service. Xootr Australia's prices on this website exclude the cost of shipping. Please email Xootr Australia to confirm shipping rates to countries outside of Australia. All orders are shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of payment. Most shipments take between 2 and 4 days. Xootr Australia does not offer an overnight courier service unless a customer organises pick-up from Xootr in Collaroy, Sydney using their own courier account.
Customer Service Policy
It is Xootr Australia's goal to sell and support high quality, reliable products and provide customers with an excellent customer experience. Xootr Australia guarantees that all email enquiries sent to sales@xootr.com.au will be answered within 24 hours (usually within a few hours). Xootr Australia stocks and sells spare parts for all Xootr scooters. If Xootr Australia is out of stock of the item you have ordered or if there are delays in shipping, Xootr Australia will advise you via email within 24 hours. In the case of an out of stock item, if Xootr Australia does not receive your item from Xootr in the USA within 14 days, then Xootr Australia will give you a full refund, unless you agree to wait. Please note that Xootr Australia usually has all products that are listed for sale on this website in stock in Sydney.
